Directed Edge, Inc. (“Directed Edge”, “we” or “us”) offers a set of Recommendation Web Services (collectively, the “Services”) that lets business customers, including but not limited to, online retailers, publishers, website owners, aggregators, distributors, and carriers of media content, retail goods, listings and more (collectively, the “Customers”) provide end users of their websites or services (“End Users”) with automatic recommendation and personalization capabilities to drive greater stickiness, engagement, and conversions. This kind of service by nature requires content metadata and/or anonymous click-stream data collected by our Customers to be aggregated and analyzed by our recommendation engine for the benefit of their End Users.
Our corporate websites located at www.directededge.com, developer.directededge.com and blog.directededge.com (collectively, the "Site") provide marketing and technical information, signup and account management capabilities for the Services as well as contact information for any inquiries related to the above topics, which are intended for current and prospective users of the Services.
